Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Vouchers must be activated online prior to booking.

Vouchers must be presented on arrival.

Vouchers are valid till 1st April 2026 unless otherwise specified.

Vouchers are redeemable subject to availability. Minimum stay restrictions apply over weekends, and restrictions apply on bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.

Voucher includes a 2 course meal per person. A house bottle of Wine and Breakfast and upgrades will be charged at the hotel. 

Vouchers are non-transferable.

Normal booking terms apply, including cancellation policies.

We reserve the right to substitute goods or services of an equivalent or higher value where necessary.

Nothing in the terms and conditions applicable to gift vouchers alter or affect your statutory rights.

Vouchers cannot be substituted for cash and no monetary change will be given for purchases.

Vouchers will be invalid if tampered with or defaced. Photocopies of vouchers will not be accepted.
